I'm not sure, but it may be the New World Order that split off from the Old Order Brethren of the Mennonite World Conference.

A lot of them are evangelistic, but they're also liberal regarding proper dress. This is probably out of a desire for ecumenical harmony, but it comes at the expense of undermining our traditions.
