Hi, how long we need to have these work out in long term to have good adaptation,1 month or less or more then to shift to another ones? During the week can we do all these work out or we need to alternate with other work outs? all my questions it is because of effective adaptation. Thanks

great exercises!
working out wont make you lose fat aswell as dieting. cut your carbs(not calories) and you will lose fat easily.

depending...but something that you can complete a set...10 reps = 1 set, if you struggle at the 6th or 7th lower the weight
