@Ningirsutyr To each his own, I appreciate the feedback! Ive always been more of a fan of glass than metal slides...just a bit warmer to my ears.

Even though I have to admit that the speed of Furtado's thumb picking strings alternating is quite impressive, if it can be achieved only through playing banjo, then I guess I'll have to give up on it since I don't like the sound of banjo at all. The sound of the glass slide while applying vibrato was also annoying..
