Republicans have just 1.97% registration advantage over Democrats in AD10 -- and there will likely be an even smaller difference by November given the Democratic efforts locally where there are two hotly contested congressional races that are the focus of National Democratic interests.

That, combined with a hungry Democratic candidate for Assembly make this a true, but achievable, long-shot pick-up for Assembly Democrats.
