It WAS fair. Our justice system worked exactly how it is designed to. Was she lying? yes. About what? WE DON'T know. The prosecution did NOT choose charges fitting to their evidence and there was lots of room for reasonable doubt. "Pretty sure" does not mean guilty. Is our system perfect? no... It worked in this particular case. The reason most innocent people go to jail is because the jury picked does NOT understand "reasonable doubt". Do your research on circumstantial v.s. direct evidence.
