I took a quick look at this, and i have never ever seen a dsny recycling truck before. most of the garbage that is picked up are black bags (garbage), with rarely clear bags (recycling).

when you do see any clear bags, can and bottle refund collectors usually get there first carefully going through the trash removing all recycleables. big cardboard bundles are usually picked up by private carting trucks.
