1995年十月八日，在著名倫敦艾伯特音樂廳（Royal Albert Hall, London）的這 場「悲慘世界音樂劇十週年紀念演唱會」(Ｔhe Tenth Anniversary Concert)，乃是 為慶祝改編自法國十九世紀人道主義小說家雨果，一生中最為人所津津樂道的曠 世原著《Les Miserables》之音樂舞台劇全球英語版，於1985年在英國倫敦巴比肯 音樂廳（London's Barbican Theatre）轟動首演後，締造通俗歌劇（Pop Opera） 佳績無數，盛況不墬之音樂饗宴。
