d9 was awsome, and was it not mr blomkamp who was supposed to make the halo movie? from what i have seen for halo move d9, and halo movie stuff are soooo similar. like the marines, location, both are in africa, ect

it was because the halo film's funding failed, so peter jackson and neil went for D9
