How fast is Windows 98 on a P4 2GHz?

I was given a Compaq 6330ca P4 2GHz, I put an old 60GB HD in it and installed windows 98 on it for fun. This is how fast it shuts down, it takes longer to reach the OK button; "Blink it's off!"

I filmed this with my Sony Ericsson W300i cell phone.
