Some Crysis footage towards the beginning of the game. Nothing special, just some fragging and ordinary things. Sorry about the poor quality, but thats youtube for ya. Enjoy.

  • lol aim

  • 15-20 FPS (because of FRAPS), in a game I had only played for about 2 hours at that time, "lol" all you want.

  • wht monitor did u had when u made this cideo

  • I had a 19" viewsonic.

  • you have a q6600 and a 8800 GTS 640 MB and you play the game at 1024x768 rezolution=)).Try 1280x1024 or 1440x900 lol:) copy and paste

  • That was back when Crysis hadn't released any patches to increase FPS, also when NVIDIA drivers ran like crap on Crysis. I currently have a GTX 260 and a 22" monitor with a resolution of 1680x1050, running on max settings @ 1680x1050 w/ playable FPS, no problem.

  • @druidkg lol i have the same setup and i run on all high at 1920x1080. not sure whats up with your guys comps.

  • E6300 1800mhz oc 2450mhz

    4gb ddr2800

    Geforce 8800 gts 640mb oc 632/1624/1896

    samsung 2x1TB Hard Drive

    x-fi fatality sound card

Crysis in winxp using mod off gamecopy world. I've got everything on very high except shaders, which is on high at a res of 1280x1024 x2aa and get 23 min fps.

25fps withh aa off. It's reasonably smooth most of the time. Anyone know how much better a gtx 9800+/250 is at the same res, as I'm thinking of getting one. What fps with the same settings do you get?

  • You're dumb.

  • You are using quad core 6600 and a higher video card 8800 gts with 640 mb, what a waste of money? Well actually we have the same performance and graphic quality on 1024x768 with my old obsolete pc( ATLON 3000+, 512 mb 8600 gt vcard, and a 5 year warranty 500 gig hard disk. 2 gig is my memory. Do you want proof?

  • hmm, you have a lot of money, me from a damage 6600, i buy a new 8600 gt and put on a msi mboard with a atlon 3000+ and a 2 gig system pc400 ram runs great on crysis (all high settings) at 1024x768 (my old monitor can only support this one)

  • I do agree on that, but what i try is only 1064x768, this is what my old monitor can support, it runs great just like the clip above with my obsolete pc specs (atlon 3000+, 4 pc400 512 mb system ram, 8600 gt 512 mb vram and a 500 gig hard disk. A price that is just only little.

  • no need, i actually try this game on all high settings at 1024x768 (no lags no delays but with great graphics and game experience) with a settings as low at atlon 3000+ with 8600 gt , 2 gig system ram and a 500 gig hdisk, okey? Even thought this is an obsolete pc but runs just what you see on the clip. Do you want evidence? The pc is in my garage, but I still play on all high settings.
