The Magic Jack is a USB device that you plug into your computers USB port. Then you plug in your phone to Magic Jack and you can make long distance calls for cheap. Sounds greats?

I saw the Magic Jack TV ad and knew I had to try it as I make a lot of long distance calls and I hate my phone bills to pay :)

Magic Jack has the most annoying TV commercial of all time. This same commercial starts as if the product is brand new. Why? Because they have not changed the commercial ONCE since they introduced the product. If you are selling millions of dollars of these things every month, do you think it's worth it to appeal to a different type of buyer than the ONE BUYER who's never heard of you, versus the millions who have heard this ONE ANNOYING COMMERCIAL OVER & OVER & OVER & OVER & OVER & OVER

In the TOS you agree that everything in your computer is fair game for them to know about, all web sites, email, and numbers called are their info. It's FULL of spyware. you also have to have your computer on 24/7 for it to work.
