  • Stock for stock and modded for modded the Saab should always win. The turbo on the 1.8t Volkswagen engine is simply too small. Even the low pressure turbo on the lower end Saabs (like mine) is enormous compared to the Volkswagen. In this video I was on 7.5psi of boost (stock boost!) and I managed to beat the modded Passat.

  • He said the VW was 240-250hp with GIAC chip.  I'm really doubting that, as my Stage III is supposed to have 250-270hp on 18psi boost, but in the videos I was only running about 8-10psi and still managed to walk away.

  • my dad had his 2.3 lpt done by abbott racing they remapped the ecu put a back box and centre section exhaust and also a mitsubushi hybrid turbo on it and it went up from 170 hp 230nm - 250hp and wait for it 400nm at 2000rpm. lol amazing cars.
