Possible, bur not very likely. "Steiner" is a pretty common name in germany.
This video is actually a part of a longer (45min) documentary dealing with a complex culture recently (~400a) situated where now there is only rain forest. Possibly El Dorado. Very good, very fascinating!

Actually, the full video "The Secret of El Dorado" [BBC]was here on you tube few months back but later removed, may be due to copyright problem. It was a very good video. Thanks Agrisonic for posting at least the trailer.!
