No, I meant, 'it's not'. It's a common English phrase: just Google "It's not without", and you'll find all kinds of sayings, like "It's not summer without sunshine", or "It's not Christmas without snow".
I was just messing around, anyway. It's not like every old Sega game had Engrish, it just happens to be a common theme in most old Sega games.
