Street Fighter III: Third Strike Gill Vs Necro (Level 8 Keyboard)

A video response to myself. Being a foremost supporter of complete characters in any games I play, I thought that if under my control Ken could get an XS against Necro on Level 8 on the keyboard then so could Gill, under me of course.

Gill will simply and naturally parallel or exceed him.
