A DEVICE TO COIL UP 18 TO 20 GAUGE 316L TO BE USED IN A 4 INCH TUBE FUEL CELL,THIS WILL HAVE MASSIVE SURFACE AREA,USING A DC TO DC CONVERTER TO OPERATE AND VERY LITTLE CHEMICAL TO KICK IT OFF.EASY TO BUILD AND CHEAPER THAN A DRY CELL AND A LOT LESS WORK............

  • I WILL BE TRYN IT SOON......

  • I did an experiment coiling a piece of galvanized iron sheet with a piece of tube with a slit. It did not work well. Maybe if you plan to coil up two plates, you should do it simultaneously. So you will have two slits directly opposed against each other on the coiler shaft. If you plan to use 2 neutrals, coil up 4 plates altogether at 90 degrees interval on the shaft. if 4 neutrals, then coil up 6 plates at 60 degrees interval, and so on

    Just sharing my experience.

  • @jmsapinoso Thanks

  • the most efficient setup (MMW or m^3/kWh) is having the anode in 25% KOH and the cathode in 14% KH2PO4 separated by membrane. with just two plates they got 4.9 mmw (with 7% KH2PO4 it was 3.9 mmw) with this setup. with 25% KOH/KOH, they got 3.4 mmw. with both electrodes in 14% KH2PO4 they got 2.5 mmw.

last note: you use water speed to prevent foam/bubbles. there is a compound called simethicone that is "anti-foaming" you can find it in MYLICON drops (sold at walmart for $8) a few drops is enough

  • @disc0stupid Hey thanks, I sent you a message, and I am almost done with the bender,I just want to see if I can do it cause some one said it cant be done with that wide of a 316l stainless sheet, 8 inch or wider.

  • Hello! I wonder if you're planning to make a shigeta hasebe design which was replicated by zerofossilfuel and 2bighybrid. If you are, please take a look at my channel to see several illustrations I did with that design.

2bighybrid confirmed that it produces more HHO than tube cells. The spiral design also allows larger reactive area because both sides of the plates are working.

    Good job!

  • hi, i like that you always end your videos with "talk to you later"

like your plates and test setups, very informative. i'm just getting into this, but i have some science/chemistry background.

i would suggest the following electrolytes to you:

    borax (sodium borate)

potassium phosphate monobasic (K2HPO4) - a recent scientific paper showed that at 7%, this can approach the efficiency of 25% KOH at much milder pH. (continued)

  • @supercell9 I am using a new converter that can go to 630 watts not just 130 watts like the power stream, there is a big difference in the production.

  • @merlinspower NO, THANK YOU I WILL TEST YOU INFO SOON.......

  • @insAneTunA I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM OR ANY ONE DO A 18 GAUGE FLAT PLATE SPRIAL CELL 8 INCHS TALL,AND I ALSO HAVE NEW ELETRONICS TO RUN IT DESIGNED BY TTSGAS ,IT WILL WORK ON THE RESISTANCE,OF MY CELL.THATS WHAT THIS IS ABOUT, NEVER GIVE UP.
