@gonegang95 Well acctully, Theres been about 20 xbox tf2 updates. None of wich where weapon updates. Though...They allowed server editing being easyer by having a menu of things you can do now. The ps3 never got any updates. I think though since ps3 can get a hold of steam...It could be able to update some time.

@Hazzard67 no, but microsoft made xbox, VALVe want to release the PC updates on xbox for free but microsoft are saying they want people to pay for the updates, which is why there aren't any yet.

@gonegang95 Microsoft didn't make tf2. Valve did. Valve didnt make any more updates for the xbox.

@Str0ngSide nah microsoft are just being assholes and not releasing the updates for free, so now they have to reason with microsoft for years and microsoft keep saying no, they put the episode 3 team onto this job which is why it's been delayed so much

@rtm1137 This one is much faster and I believe it is to prevent "face stabs". If you want the original animation released with the game, play the Xbox 360 version. We only received 4 patches in 4 years. Yeah. They hate us.

Whoever told you that information is most assuredly an unreliable source. Valve themselves have not announced any more unlockables for the spy. The Demoman, Soldier, and Engineer are still deprived of second weapons.

You are correct. Valve themselves have not said anything in that regard. My source is not that of Valve employees, but that of beta testers. It is indeed possible that this "fire-proof suit" may not come to pass.
However, they were testing ways to try and make some of the classes more viable for competitive play. Such an idea may seem an absurd addition, but if it was, then would adding a back stab shield to the Sniper NOT be absurd?
