Any type of country dancing is SO MUCH fun because you get to hop around and stuff. I once did square dancing, and although I initially didn't like the sound of it, I enjoyed it as much as I could have :). This seems the same!

Yes fun! Much fun!! And know that the world over, these 17th and 18th century dances are done by groups that meet regularly. And you don't need fancy or anachronistic costumes to participate.
