@couchfort Thanks, I might just do that... :)

@SaltwaterAir1 Hope things get better as you get older, and remember to assess what you're watching before flying off the handle about a scene in a movie. Well, really, any situation you should analyze before diving right in. Good luck in life, feel better. Rewatch this scene, or maybe just the whole movie, it's rather cute when you realize its not what you thought it was. Might help you feel a little happier about the movie.

@couchfort You're probably right, although it's really not exaggerated that much. Just a little...not comfortable going into it on youtube...but yeah.
-
@SaltwaterAir1 Sounds like a personal issue between you and your father. I'm sure you're doing some teenage exaggerations, but regardless, don't explode on a movie character that's not actually doing anything wrong. He is not coming off abusive, controlling, or even crossing any lines. A little overprotective, but most dads are.

@couchfort I'm not a spoiled brat. I'm a girl who actually spends one day a week basically "locked up" and is forbidden to have any social life simply because I don't believe the same close-minded, judgmental religion my father does. Sorry if I'm a little over-sensitive about teenage girls being locked up in their own home! And I don't think I'm more special because I'm a girl, I just think that I deserve to be treated like family, not a prisoner of war.
-
@SaltwaterAir1 Like what? Their parents' child? You're not special because of your gender, I don't care what our stupid society has lead you to believe. God, I hope you have more respect for your parents than to think you can just do whatever the hell you want, and nobody, not even your own parents, can tell you different because "Lyke omg, I'm a gurlllll"
-
@SaltwaterAir1 You sound like an spoiled brat. Parents set boundries, kids are supposed to respect that. Its how they develop a sense of discipline in life, not just run around thinking they can do whatever they want and nobody will say anything to them.
Their roof, their rules. Deal with it.

Nice Fender Musicmaster.

@SaltwaterAir1 well thats what it was like then mfkr this is when men were men and kids did wtf they were told or faced getting a slap from their parents. GET ME!?!
-
@jackgreaves18 No need to swear. Girls of any and all time periods should not be subjected to that kind of treatment, EVER.
