The multiple adjustment height holes are numbered for quick and easy adjustment changes. Before buying mine, I was anxious about how much weight it can really handle, as I found no (trustable) info on the net. Well, I've been using it for over a month now and threw over 700 pounds on the rack and over 400 on the dip bars, and the rack didn't even seen to "feel" the weight. Check some of my vids if you need further convincing.

I hope this review helps future buyers...
