How do you prepare quinoa if you've never tried it before?
Should you take just B-12 or a B-complex?
What is liposomal (liposome) methylcobalamin and why you should care.
And, finally, what do I do when I get a question that I don't know anything about...
Go ahead and get your answers here...
I love your show! Can a 20 weeks pregnant woman start the raw food diet? Can I start with green shakes added to a regular diet? or 50/50?
Thanks!

What would be the advice to give a meat & potatoes person who is asking about a raw or vegan lifestyle but is interested in trying it without seeming too pushy or intrusive?
Thanks again Kevin,

Kevin, I have gone from a bad diet to a whole food diet (organic when possible) about 50% raw. I am not used to foods that go bad so soon, and it's just my daughter and I. Just me on the weekends. Portions available are larger than we need and the rest goes bad. I got foodsaver canisters today, I think that may help. P.S. raw oatmeal taster better than cooked. I put the oatmeal in a dry blender, and blend into a powder. Pour it in a bowl, mix in water and eat.
Thanks Travis

I've not had a chance to read a lot of raw food books, I'm working on it. What I'd like to know is how much salt does a raw foodist need? Rayme

Hi Kevin,
I love you "Answer Questions" segments. I learn so much.
Since I do not have access to a wide variety of organic foods, please ask Fred Bisci, PhD. What's more important organic or variety? Should I include non-organic fruits and vegetables washed with VegWash or only use organic, although limited.
