Once again, excuse how tired I look, but it's after 1am and we had just finished the last hand feeding of the baby lovebirds... when.... Pippin, the oldest of the three babies took his first flight. I had read that the babies should be trying to fly at this point, but had NO idea they could fly that far! I was expecting Pippers to fly onto my hand, but he overshot his landing and wound up on my back! The other two babies are also learning to fly and I have video of their attempts too! The progress continues!
That was GREAT! Thank you for showing us!

@manusayu1111 Those are great examples to try if the baby is not trying to fly to you yet. Our hand raised babies start flying at around four and one half weeks, some a little earlier or later depending on growth progress. The more handling and human imprinting the babies have the more eager they will be to fly to you. We find most babies want to be with us and will not need much coaxing. Often our babies will pace and flap their wings when they see us! Good luck, keep us posted.
