Firstly, from an international perspective, because this is Miss Universe, she mentioned the Singapore Flyer because at that time, it was the latest iconic structure to be built in Singapore. In a way, she was advertising it to the rest of the world. Secondly, she wished for guaranteed happiness for every single person in the world including herself. That brings me to my last point, what the fuck is wrong with you?

@wchunh Rachel didn't take over from Ris Low... Rachel was Miss Singapore Universe, held in May and she went to the Miss Universe pageant in July. Ris Low was Miss Singapore World, which was held in September that year. Two different contests.

her first answer was okay.. because if i were super nervous and having mental block, the ferris wheel would be the first thing that would come to mind. and she spoke with such fluency. but.. her wishes were "wth?". she sounds like such a self centered person. i thought her first wish would be to wish for happiness and luck for all her family and friends who were with her through her life and the whole pageant journey. external beauty only omg.

i think she is the prettiest winner among all the miss universe winners. annabel is so much prettier and likeable than tania and she didnt win the crown.
