Civilization: Call to Power (CivCTP) is a PC turn-based strategy game developed by Activision as a successor to the extremely successful Civilization computer game by Sid Meier. It was ported to Linux by Loki Software.

A sequel, Call to Power II, was released 18 months after the original. The game could not have "Civilization" in its title because Activision did not have a license for the "Civilization" name for a second game.

  • Last!!

  • Nice thing is, engineering terrain is much easier (consumes less time)

  • i saw this intro years (1999) ago and thought it was pretty epic.

I see this intro now and still think, it's pretty epic

  • Superbly composed video and I love the fadings! I loved to watch this every time I launched the game. And at the end the guy with glasses remembered me of "God" from Truman Show.:)

  • I miss this game so much!!! What I really liked about it was, unlike most of the games I used to play when I was a kid, there was no historical accuracy with it. You were always a made up civilization and society with a real name and you were a famous guy or girl in that society. Since I loved mixed-culturalism, I loved playing it.

  • Saudades desse tempo :/

  • @KAPTAINmORGANnWo4eva yeah you could play a Fascist government.

  • @Ottoman1337 Pretty sure they trampled France, the low countries and most of Europe and they still lost the war.

  • @Wafflepudding

If they're trampling a banner then I think they're the victors.

  • @Tomaniahailhynkel Freeze 1:45, notice the logo on the building and the ship is the same as the flag the "nazis" step over, meaning the "nazis" lost.
