@wowalinbie Actually, I agree with you. Impoverished neighbourhoods always have higher crime rates. And it was unfortunate that in this video, the victim was black. It just hypes and supports the stereotype. In reality, anyone of any race can and most likely DO get screwed over by crooked cops. And to your last line, racists are everywhere and of every race. Who you get just depends on where you are I guess. Currently, the most racism I ever experienced was in Taiwan :/
