Great tips indeed. I think this is a really helpful video for people who have social anxiety and want to share their feelings, yet they are afraid that it will not turn out the way they wanted. I hope this will encourage even more people to post their own videos.

Great video! For me, I try to keep making videos even if someone is nearby or could possibly hear (even neighbours) I use this as practice to face my fears & use the techniques I have learned to erase the silly feelings & fear from these situations. I think well S.A is an experience many people have. So what? I have every right to speak up about it, even if someone can hear me & thinks "I'm weird" really, who cares

Yet I haven't got my camera, my webcan has very low quality and my digital still camera records files in huge size, take likes eternity to make an update to youtube...
