Here goes some tips to everyone who has tought of updating a video about SAD to YouTube, but hasn't got the courage to do that yet.

It can be helpfull to everyone that already have videos on YouTube, to improve on the next ones.

    Yet I haven't got my camera, my webcan has very low quality and my digital still camera records files in huge size, take likes eternity to make an update to youtube...

  • Great tips indeed. I think this is a really helpful video for people who have social anxiety and want to share their feelings, yet they are afraid that it will not turn out the way they wanted. I hope this will encourage even more people to post their own videos.

  • Great video! For me, I try to keep making videos even if someone is nearby or could possibly hear (even neighbours) I use this as practice to face my fears & use the techniques I have learned to erase the silly feelings & fear from these situations. I think well S.A is an experience many people have. So what? I have every right to speak up about it, even if someone can hear me & thinks "I'm weird" really, who cares
