Microsoft and OSX don't do it at this speed though. I a system (with good specs) running all three OS's and the chromebook is the fastest by a long way. There are alot of selling points to be honest, the main one being that a majority of users these days do nothing but visit facebook and youtube. That kind of user would be perfect for the chromebook because its almost impossible to screw it up. Thats the USP i think they're not really capitalizing on.

@Pibikhen Yeah, ok improve the startup time, i get that these improvements are good, and i'm grateful that it's not like it used to be with 5 minute long startups, but don't make the startup time a selling point when everyone (windows, osx) does basically the same time :/

@SuperUnderOver Your right. Lets stop technological advances on all fronts, cause we dont need to improve on what we already have at all. If everyone took that attitude we would still be watching black and white TVs and the internet would still be limited to 56k modems.
