My brother-in-law lost everything in the New Hartford tornado. The family was completely unharmed. They haven't cried over their losses. They keep saying "it's just stuff". The were all safe and that's all that matters. Not so lucky their neighbor whom they found dead in the ditch near their home afterward. People have been awesome in helping everyone out.

@punish3r56 How was my response anything near what a troll would say? I gave you a fact. I didn't make fun of you, I didn't call you a name, I just gave you a well documented fact about tornado strength and size. If you will read back, you will see that you were the person who became offended and overly sarcastic.

@amaddb04 let me put this as kind as i can im not offended its the fact people troll these vids thinking they know all about it but when you simply say the truth people gets pissed i study meteorology and i know damn well what im looking at and its not me that needs to grow up im going to end this pointless convo with you kid

@birdboy93 I know this is an old comment, but the track that NOAA has for this storm was 43 miles long. Long lived, extremely violent tornado.

@punish3r56 What makes me think that I know about it? Well, I have a decent knowledge of weather, and a simple Google search would have let you know how tornadoes are rated. Once again, it's nothing to be offended about, and I'm still not sure why you are offended. Grow up.

@amaddb04 all i can say it what makes you think you know about it? are u the fucking tornado god its hard to post a ef-3 and fool people into thinking its a ef-5 so lets just drop this stupid convo right now dont even say anything back
-
@punish3r56 What does that have to do with anything? I was just letting you know, no need to get uppity about it.
-
@amaddb04 lets see that comment was posted via over a year ago lol
-
@punish3r56 The size has nothing to do with what a tornado is rated. It's based on damage done.

The stuff they lost was it bought at Walmart??
silent sam you need to check the Enhanced Fujita Scale, it is not the same as the old scale -- 205mph under the enhanced system IS considered an EF-5. Under the old system the same tornado would have estimated winds over 260mph, but this is a more accurate depiction of the winds.
