The fact that they gave even secondary characters a heartbreaking story in Clannad makes it all the more beautiful. Yukine and Misae definetely deserved their own and Misae's brought me to tears. Beautiful.

This was one the saddest if not the saddest Clannad story.. I'm just sad he couldn't be with her as a human :(

Here cat people are lonely crazy people, In Anime they are lovely people who's loved one/s were reincarnated into a cat. Awesome. This was an awesome Arc, but as was every arc in After Story. The entire Season was just beautifully done and every arc made me cry.

I just watched this episode and cried my eyes out. Then I went onto YouTube to watch this clip again...I ended up crying all over again. Normally I only ever cry once at sad or happy moments like these, but Clannad manages to make me cry over and over again everytime. So beautiful.

I just played Misae's route in the game and I am a bit confused...Tomoya obviously falls in love with her during this route but she at first rejects him because she is still waiting for someone (shima). But at the end we learn that Tomoya had the dream about her past while obviously sleeping in Misae's room (with Misae still asleep with her head resting on him). Did they just fall asleep after she started crying or did she actually sleep WITH him?
