This is really rather good. Nice style with the character. Just watch out for sliding feet with the animation as that brings down the quality a lot and takes away from everything else as that is a big part of what you notice.

hi thanks for taking the time to comment very much appreciated! Regards the sliding feet -- someone else mentioned this to me too. For the dance I used a reference video compiled from professional charleston dancers and there were sliding feet going on especially when the direction of momentum changes so its there deliberately. Maybe I should have toned it down though - will adjust it when I get the time.

no thanks hun - your comments were fair especially looking at it a while later. I'm working on a new animation at the mo with my own character model and the first rig I've made. Just got the skinning left. It should be up in a month and it would great to hear what u think! x

this is hard though because theres alot of feet sliding in real dancing. Dancing is one of the tougher things to animate and to get it to look real. Its a good attempt.
