@daleksvscybermen Good question, they really *should* say "Southern" but I think they say it to trap tourists into paying extra!

@metromuppet Gatwick Express is simply a route branding used by Southern. The company is Southern, and they run several routes, see the Southern route map, in red it says 'Gatwick Express route' this is no different to Stansted Express being operated by NXEA. This has the additional benefit that Southern Only tickets are valid, though you have to have an 'interesting' conversation with the ticket inspectors before they accept them.

Brilliant, but what's the name of the song, heard it a couple of times but I want to know what its actually called.
Its still two brands- Gatwick Express and Southern. Southern do run 442s on their services, 2 peak morning and 1 evening eastbourne- london bridge and a few evening Brighton Express services too otherwise its Gatwick Express.
