looked like a good workout! what amazed me was how easily you got 250X20.. prolly coulve gotten about 23-25.. and how you almost got 400 at bottom and 500 at top wit the bands

What do I do? I do what I did when I failed with the 230 lbs + bands...I put it down on the spot racks and crawl out from under it. No big deal...the spot racks are used often when I max out...
