Its in Drop D (the low E string tuned 1 whole step down)" yeah, i know, thats the problem with the Floyd Rose. By the way, if you tune it Drop D with a floyd rose, dont let it stay a long time like that, the Bridge could destabilize, because it would lose tension, and that my friend...its a real problem.
