The sequel to Hudson's Milon's Secret Castle for the NES/Famicom. Like its predecessor, it's a simple but addictive platformer with some creative level design and a really soothing soundtrack. Recommended if you're ever in the mood for some light-hearted fun.

This video is just a playthrough of the first few levels.

  • Thanks for the footage. Did you purposefully speed through the game as fast as possible to show more content, or are you simply a God of Gaming?

  • Mostly the former, but I do know this game like the back of my hand, so it could very well be a little of both. :P Thanks though, I appreciate the feedback.

  • How do you guys record all of this footage?? None of my emulators seem to have any recording devices. I was hoping to upload some of my MAME games....Pretty cool game.

  • Most of the time, I just use a capture card, but I'll occasionally use ZSNES + Fraps, as well.

  • I'll try to get the ROM, but I don't know if I'll be able to handle so much cuteness.

  • Understandable; the visuals definitely aren't my cup of tea, either. Personally, though, the solid gameplay and demanding platforming make me forget about them.

  • Looks like a fusion between link and shippo!!

  • Yes, just like Tales of Phantasia, Star Ocean, Umihara Kawase, etc. Those all sure are "highly impossible" to find in rom format!

  • It was released in 1996 in Japan. 2008 for the Wii Virtual in the US.

  • ah damn, no it was released for the vc in 08.

  • This has got to be one of the last SNES games ever released. Gamespot says, this was released in 2008.

  • Those where the GOLDEN DAYS of the SNES; very nice game, soo sad never comes to America, thanks for share, you play really awesome, good upload

  • Is this the same Milon from the first game? He looks different and younger.. Plus not married.

  • @animekisses11

Of course it is. It's for the Super Famicom, but you can get it in NA and Europe for the Wii (Virtual Console of course).

  • is this a real video game?! if so, for what system?!

  • SO BORING! UGH.

The leaf platforms on level 4 are sick though.

    No Boss Clip? Fail.

  • Very cute;

But I bet I'll die in level one, I fail at platforming games XD
