god this brings back too many memories and feelings....aaww man i feel old i was only twelve when i heard this for the first time....i suppose thats what a masterpiece does...evokes those memories...yeah it was that scene in risky business where i first heard this...how can anyone forget that?...awesome post....so many thanks to you my friend.

Great video my friend, wish I could have captured something of that quality, but my phone wasn't that advanced. I wasn't sitting too far from you either. Infact I was very near and what a great show. Didn't they film this? If so, where is it?

Thanks for posting this - I was there, standing just in front of the mixing desk on the ground floor. The sound balance in your recording in the balcony is completely different to how I heard it and much better. From where I was the percussion dominated the mix a lot of the time (including on this track).

The best live performance I've heard was at the Carnegie Hall, by the composer and the other 17 musicians needed to play it ;).
