  • i wonder why ted doesnt play any of these songs live now (aside from "journey") i mean these are great songs

  • @defleppardfan69 but much easier clean-up

  • @winnross I believe. In May of '1972 they played for my H.S. Prom, in a YMCA Basketball Gym in Ohio. They played Cat Scratch Fever that night, which soon enough came out on vinyl and became a hit. Ted contorted his face like a madman all night, kinda like Alice Cooper without the make-up. My class payed this then one-hit-wonder band 2 grand to come (cheap), and the bass player was heard to say "what the F did we come here for" as they left the stage. We loved it.

  • @skidancin Journey,Ivory Castles,Why is a carrot ,Missionary Mary,Death is Life,Saint Philips friend, I'll Prove I'm Right, Conclusion. Saw these guys live in Stevens Point Wis in 1972 in a bar, believe it or not.

  • Great band with so much to offer. Love this whole album, listen to that guitar !!

  • the first song is cool....'prove im right' is kinda goofy though

  • cool!

  • I fell in love with this side...tried many times to buy a new copy, but everytime I found a copy/re-issue, they'd left a song off....I think that missing song was "St. Phillips Friend," or, memory isn't so good now, but it teed me off that I couldn't buy a complete package, so I never did get another copy. Good to hear this again.

  • Thanks for this upload... This is perhaps one of the most rockin' and influential albums in rock!
