On the 8/5/2010 at 3am Xcalibre the Chinese Shar-Pei, a member of our family and my first dog started having a seizure. Not an uncommon occurrence seeing as he was an epileptic, but this particular bundle of seizures was worse then usual. After 4 hours of on/off seizures and a bundle of seizures every hour after that until 9am the decision was mad to take him to the vet for the day. After another 2 lots of severe seizing through out the day our family headed down to the vet at 5.30 to pick him up, where the vet had told us about the extra 2 bundles after being medicated several times. Our family had to make the decision whether to keep him alive in an unhealthy and unstable condition or put him to sleep to end his suffering. After 90 minutes we had to say good bye.
R.I.P Xcalibre, you where the best Shar - Pei or first dog anyone could ask for. We'll miss you mate.
Love you bro.
