You should see the preceding part of this episode ( which appears to be currently absent from here ) in which him, his new girlfriend and all the other hispanic kids attend this certain "course" where they're "taught" about "Euro-centric" by this certain "instructor" that curiously just happens to be a negro ( I've caught it on tv ).

Only if EVERYBODY is allowed to do it. For example if somebody can form a group based on the fact that they're hispanic ( as they're doing here ) then people of say Scottish heritage should be equally allowed to have such a club based on their being Scotch.
