  • @Maria18081977 It was written for the film. It's meant to be one of the character's compositions.

  • I loved this scene... best in the film I thought Depardieu speaks so beautifully in French, when he has to act in English he loses so much of his gift, (though i still love him.) I really like the fact that this film utilised his beautiful voice in it's native tongue.

    Mind you, the last scene of this film is something special too. I don't care what anyone says, Depardieu's the boss.
