LITTLE GIRL SKATER GETS TACKLED BY SECURITY GUARD

This is a clip of me getting tackled by a security guard at the Portola Plaza in Monterey, CA. A lot of people thought this was fake so I finally dug up the original Hi8. The Monterey PD comes at the end of the clip to give me a warning. I don't really know what happened with the security guard, but we always called him Captain America, I think his name is Ian.

This girl is a fucking idiot, You cannot lay your hands on someone whilst detaining somebody if you are not apart of the police.. A security force does not have the same rights as police officers and did not name off her constitutional rights, therefore this breaks many constitutional amendments on many scales. Physical arrests can only be made BY a police officer or federal appointed, or state appointed official.. The man that attacked her can be charged with assault and battery and face prison

@311Egar Actually i'm not, everything I said is correct under the law. lol wow your bringing up shopkeeper's privileges, that's something completely different under common law, and has nothing to do with anything in this video. Is this girl stealing something from a shop, did i miss that part? As for Citizen arrest the use of physical force in not protected under law, so if you use it you'll be just as likely to wind up in trouble as the suspect would be.

sorry, but you are wrong. also, retail store security can physically detain you. ever heard of shopkeeper's privileges, ignorant one? also, take a look into shoplifting statutes. store security can also cuff you. did you know private citizens can detain people, under certain statutes, until police arrive?
