Many thanks for this presentation, one of the most moving that I have enjoyed on Youtube. I have gained a great deal of information too while enjoying the music. I always enjoyed the recordings of this attractive couple.

Thanks for your interesting comment. Webster once told me that when he went to a recording date at HMV he was given about six items to record on that particular occasion, so the choice of what he would record was made by the powers-that-be rather than the singer. I know that he admired Richard Tauber's voice, which was a lyric tenor much like his own.
