if people addicted to sodas replaced sodas with water, that alone will cause them to loose weight. If they are drinking diet sodas which actually INCREASE appetite and replace those diet drinks with water, they will loose even more weight than those addicted to regular sodas.

what a horrible interview by a rude and annoying woman

All vinegar contains acetic acid... that is what vinegar is, organic or not. Lemon juice in water is great, but vinegar is not. It is inconsistent with human physiology. Do you know of any other species of animal eating vinegar?
You are right about acid buildup from meat. If you are going to continue to eat meat despite your being a human (herbivore) with a specific physiology as such, you should get yourself a good water ionizer to counteract the damage by the meat in your diet. :)

Especially if you are talking about the cheap white vinegar, but the organic apple cider vinegar -- a tablespoon added to a cup of water indicates to my body and it turns alkaline in the body. If not that then I substitute with freshly squeezed lemon juice which also turns alkaline in the body. My diet is high in acid-red meats so I do balance it with leafy green salads and these alkalanizing fluids.

Just out of curiosity, why would ingesting acetic acid - which is a caustic toxin - be healthy for you?

To say that you "need your beef and red meats" is to disregard human anatomy which dictates that we are plant eaters by design... as there are physiological differences between carnivores and herbivores.
Current scientific research does not support DAdamos claim that blood type determines an individuals response to certain foods. Further, most critics of the plan cite the lack of a relationship between blood type and disease as well as the false assumptions made about the diet of early man.
I love the alkaline food chart on the Snyder Health site, but they don't cover even a 3rd of the fruits and veggies, etc out there and having more foods to choose from makes it easier to stick to an alkaline diet without getting bored.
Lots of websites list different foods (such as figs/dried figs, etc.) as being alkaline which the Snyder site either doesn't mention at all or lists as acidic.
Is there any more comprehensive source/listing of alkaline foods we can access online or elsewhere?

The reason we do not cover everything that exists that is part of the alkaline diet is because there are literally THOUSANDS of things you can eat. Our web site is not meant to be a "bible" on the topic, but more of an introduction.
There are indeed many web sites out there... but all one has to do is live by the rule, "Don't eat anything made by man."
For a more comprehensive list you can purchase almost any vegan cookbook, which will give you hundreds of alkaline recipes to choose from. :)

fat is acidic, right? so neutralizing it with an alkaline diet dissolves the fat tissues.

Fat accumulates in response to the acidic toxins in the body. When you lessen the amount of acidic waste the body rids itself of the excess fat, which is no longer needed.
