A tiger attacked forest rangers in Kaziranga National Park, in the north-east of India, in 2004. This is the story of what actually happened that day, including an interview with forest ranger R. K. Das.

@tsangpogorge What an insightful comment! Humans "are" animals you dolt. You think we should just kill all animals that kill humans regardless of circumstance? Humans do far more horrible sadistic things all the time and there are 6 billion of us, as opposed to a few thousand tigers that only kill to eat or defend themselves . I think if more tigers killed idiots like you the world would be a better place.

Its a beautiful & rare video indeed. But unfortunately the commentator of the video made a serious mistake while describing the location of the video. Its not North India where the attack occurred. It should have been North-Eastern India or Assam to be very specific. I don't understand why this mistake has not been corrected till now. A wrong information is being spread by this commentary. Please edit the commentary if you can immediately.

imagine the stealth the speed the jump and the impact severing 3 fingers had the tiger got the neck it would have severed the jugular , tigers are extremely dangerous even more so then lions in the wild as tigers are more agile and intelligent hunters who go solo , tigers are a one man/woman army
