Yes. Try the Peterliner, Garbage Truck, or perhaps a Compensator. Maybe even a monster truck. If you watch my "How To Get The AtlasBreaker" tutorial, you can even see one driving by while I am stealing the monster truck.

It's a front-end-loader, or wheel loader. Bulldozers have tracks on them, and can't lift things. Anyways, it was around the construction site area near the docks, where all the freeway overpasses are. It helps if you are driving a semi truck or something...industrial, and it will spawn.

It's around in the airport area. Certain vehicles make it spawn, but I forget which ones.
TRIVIA: It is named after Johnny Knoxville of the MTV show "Jackass", who was injured after they destroyed a golf course using a golf cart.

Yes.
Or, if you abandon a vehicle that you customized, it will teleport to your garage.

The NRG V8, the van? I found it driving down the road. If you grab a regular one, and take it into Rim Jobs, you can get that same paintjob for it...
