if you want to get better at playing guitar just practice! A LOT... it also helps if you record yourself or play in the mirror

it helps if you look at what she is playing. I am more of a visual learner so this works best for me, but some people are better at playing by ear.

capo is on the third fret

then at the beginning it is C G Dm (Dm starts on the fifth fret)

beginning at "we both know" she plays Em although it looks like an Em7 (but isn't because she doesn't strum the bottom string)
