  • thats true my dermatologist explained to me that acne vugaris is the most severe form of acne.

  • @lynxvex For me, any form of dairy causes a breakout whether its a small portion or large. It's some form of sensitivity to the protein or hormones in the dairy that causes the skin to react to it in the form of redness and acne. I now drink almond milk and only use oil based butter. Avoid anything that is derived from milk (creams, whey, casein, and yes ice cream).

  • I only drink soymilk now and I still get acne. Mind you I eat ice cream, but a scoop a day won't hurt -- will it?
