  • this is informative and well done :)

  • the video text shows 3 'tablespoons' salt and you state 3 teaspoons.

What size are those pans? 6 cups flour wont fill ours like that.

We used 12 cup flour as a double recipe and made 3 loaves but they still didnt rise like yours. Ours were just above the edge of a 3 inch deep pan. What gives?

  • of all the bread videos I have seen on you tube they always have a mixer with a bread beater on the mixer,,I can remember my grandmother she never used a mixer for anything she did everything by hand,,I sosopose that a mixer can be easier ,,but I dont think its neccessary,,,cant breads be made by hand with out the use of a mixer,,

  • WHAT TEMP ?

  • Have a little think about what 3 tablespoons of salt would taste like people. Go with teaspoon.

  • On :55, you say 3 TEASPOONS salt

and on the words on step 5, it says 3 TABLESPOONS, which is it???

  • @1024123 ima guess teaspoons cause it didnt look like as much.

  • you say 3 teaspoons of salt but your text says 3 tablespoons is it teaspoon or tablespoon
