  • hola! I'm from mexico, first of all is very beautiful your flower horn, my question is that you feed your flower h. to have that color or is there some secret? because I have one and I want to just put red, thanks greetings

  • now thats a fish with brains :)

  • @anzenxxii Yes that may be true, not all flower horns may be surgically altered, but still many come from the fish farms that use such procedures.

  • @Tim92G dude... do your research! blood parrots may be dyed and altered but flowerhorns are not. their beauty stems from careful selective breeding of desirable cichlid conspecifics.

  • Nice looking flower horn

  • I urge people to not buy "parrot fish" or "flowerhorn" cichlids. Please help keep these hybrids out of the aquarium trade. The majority of these fish, from farms in south asia, are died with artificial colors, and tattooed by injection of dye under the scales. They have limited fertility and not to mention many are altered with scalpels through the fins and spine as juveniles. If you want to keep fish, take interest in the pure cichlid species rather than these.

  • AWSOME!!!!!!
