Funny how so many skip what Schieffer said just before Clark's statement:

Clark was simply refuting what Schieffer said.

And frankly no being shot down is not a good thing.

Complete misinterpretation of Clark. Clark's point is simply that being holed up in a POW camp doesn't give you any expertise on the big picture, so it isn't valid "experience" for commander-in-chief, any more than being a cook in the kitchen of a heavy cruiser would be. Sanchez should know better---he's nothing but a fucking liar.
