Bleach - The 3rd Phantom: Bankai and Releases.

This is a video of the game Bleach: The 3rd Phantom for the Nintendo DS.

It shows all of the Bankai/Releases apart from 1 character.
That character is one of the game's main characters. Fujimaru Kudō.
I chose Matsuri as the main character because I like her better than him.
As people who play this game might know, you can only get Bankai for the character you chose at the start of the game and not your twin.
To get Bankai for Fujimaru i'd have to start a new game and do about 60% of it or beat the final boss.
However i'm not going to do that since it will take too long and drive me over the edge of insanity.

Anyway, the characters and Bankai are as follows.

Tōshirō Hitsugaya - Daiguren Hyōrinmaru
Ikkaku Madarame - Ryūmon Hōzukimaru
Sajin Komamura - Kokujō Tengen Myō'ō
Byakuya Kuchiki - Senbonzakura Kageyoshi
Mayuri Kurotsuchi - Konjiki Ashisogi Jizō
Matsuri Kudō - Ryūkyū Kotōmaru
Renji Abari - Hihiō Zabimaru
Kaname Tōsen - Suzumushi Tsuishiki Enma Kōrogi
Ichigo Kurosaki - Tensa Zangetsu
Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez - Shrink, Pantera

And yes, I know Grimmjow's release command is supposed to be Grind, the game said it like that, not me.


Might be hard to hear what they say so i'll put it here, I won't put Bankai or the name of said Bankai.


Tōshirō: I'll kill you!

Ikkaku: Don't tell anyone!

Byakuya: With this next attack, the curtain falls.

Mayuri: Unforgivable!

Matsuri: This is it!

Renji: Leave this to me!

Ichigo: Take a good look! This is...my Bankai!

Grimmjow: Guess i'll have to go all the way! Shrink, Pantera!



And now to list what actually happens when each character goes Bankai.

Tōshirō: Becomes larger, stats go up, becomes the Power type from Speed, all enemies in range will take damage with the chance of being frozen.

Ikkaku: Becomes larger, tremendous increase in Attack, allows special move if gained.

Sajin: Summons his Bankai which counts as a Power type character.

Byakuya: Stats go up, special moves may be used, enemies in range take damage.

Mayuri: Summons his Bankai which counts as a Power type character, all targets in range get the Venom status which Mayuri and Nemu are immune to.

Matsuri: Tremendous gain in all stats, able to use Ryūkyū Zesshō.

Renji: Becomes larger, gain in all stats mainly in Attack and Defense, can use special moves if gained.

Kaname: Enemies in range have accuracy reduced greatly.

Ichigo: Stats go up mainly evasion, Move increases, becomes Speed type from Power type, Getsuga Tenshō can be used if gained.

Grimmjow: Stats go up, mainly evasion, can use special move if gained, becomes Speed type from Tech type.

i really like this game its just dat when i unlock arturo for example they dont have the "all" attribute. this goes for aizen,gin,and tosen.and i wished it had the other 7 espadas,and d-roy should have the "all" attribute cuz he is BEAST.

My favorite bankai in this game is Ryukyu Kotomaru Matsuri's bankai, Oh and its pantera

I think Grimjows realease is pandora thingy . wouldnt it be cool if grimmjow was replacement captian for squad 3 .

@Anemite You have to remember, this game came out BEFORE Ulquiorra's and Yammy's releases were revealed. Also, Shawlong, Edrad, & Yylfordt are already in their released forms.
